From Bradenton, take Manatee Avenue West (FL-64 W) heading toward the coast. Follow it for about 7–8 miles as it crosses the Manatee Avenue Bridge onto Anna Maria Island. Continue straight on Manatee Avenue (which becomes Gulf Drive in parts) through the island until you reach 62nd Street in Holmes Beach. Turn left onto 62nd Street, and 428 62nd St will be a short distance ahead on your right or left.
